The entrepreneurs who sell their goods on stalls and counters from authorized marked will continue working on brevets. This is the decision the Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC) came to after the negotiations kept so far with a representative group formed of 20 brevet owners from several districts of the republic, DECA-press transmits.
\nAccording to a press release issued by MEC, the commercialization on the basis of brevets will be permitted in case of some definite groups of goods, which have been previously included in the list of goods which are permitted to be sold by enterprises only. These are: wooly goods, newspapers, books, school supplies, perfumes without excise, fresh fruits and vegetables, etc.
\nAt the same time, the parts decided at the negotiations that the payment for brevets will be given each quarter, and the taxes for medical and social insurance will be paid annually.
\nOn the other hand, MEC rejected the proposals regarding the activity on the basis of brevets in booths, as well as the commercialization of electric technologies without the registration of enterprises.
\nThe idea of brevet owners in term of prolonging until 2017 of the term of legality of the commercia activity on the basis of brevets hasn’t been rejected yet and it hasn’t been accepted as well. According to MEC, this proposal is still going to be examined.
