Tomorrow, February 14th, the Small Business Association (SBA) announces a new action of protest at the Parliament, DECA-pres Agency informs.
\nOn Wednesday, in time of a press conference, Eugen Roscovan, president of SBA, said tat brevet owners will protest against Law 208, which limits the activity on the basis of brevets, and will ask for cancelling it.
\n„The negotiations with the governors are in vain. On Monday, February 11th, the members of SBA issued a set of proposals of alternative of the brevet owners to the Ministry of Economy and Commerce. Till today, they received no reply», Roscovan says.
\nThe brevet owners continue asking for the abrogation of Law 208 or, as alternative, ask for the institution of a moratorium until 2015. According to the president of SBA, a variant of compromise could be the improvement of art.2 of the law, so that the right to open individual enterprises for free is obeyed in parallel with the right to work on brevets.
