When a privatized object is purchased on an installment plan, successive payments must be indexed depending on the inflation on the payment date. The next payment is not subject to indexation, in the case of a complete settlement of payments within a month from the date of signing a purchase-sale agreement. <\/p>\n

Minister of Economy and Trade Igor Dodon remarked that Government explained in detail the fourth item of Article 45 of the Law on the State Property Administration and Privatization in special regulations. The above Law refers to the indexation of restructured tranches payments. It was called forth by a different execution of this item by juridical and physical persons, who acquired property at auctions or at privatization contests on the installment plan. <\/p>\n

“Taking into consideration the fact that the National Bureau for Statistics calculates monthly the inflation level depending on the consumer price indicator, we made this refinement.
