RosPotrebNadzor [Russian federal supervisory agency for consumer goods quality] has by now issued 156 sanitary-epidemiological conclusions on the produce specimens submitted by Moldovan wine companies. And only one wine sample received a conclusion on non-correspondence. <\/p>\n

RosPotrebNadzor press service has reported that a total of 17 Moldovan wineries were permitted to send in specimens of their products for analyses to Moscow. Fourteen companies did that, of which 12 received positive laboratory conclusions, so they now can resume exports to the Russian market. <\/p>\n

In particular, positive conclusions were issued to all the 10 applications sent in by Vismos company, 6 – by Buket Moldavii [Bouquet of Moldova], 47 – by DC-Intertrade, 20 by KVINT, 10 by Migdal-P, 3 by Acorex Wine Holding, 2 by Vinaria Bostavan, and 5 by Romanesti. <\/p>\n

The Lion Gri has received positive conclusions on 29 wine specimens out of 76 submitted, Calaras Divin – 13 of 14, Vinaria Purcari 2 of 6, Asconi 8 of 12, and the rest samples are being examined yet. <\/p>\n

However, not a single local winery from the above happy list has resumed exports to Russia yet. The thing is, the "Moldova-Vin" Agri-Industrial Agency has not yet received from RosPotrebNadzor either an official permission for exports or a list of Moldovan wine companies, whose products had received positive conclusions. <\/p>\n

Some time ago, President Vladimir Voronin stated to the press that either all Moldovan wineries will be exporting to Russia or none at all. <\/p>\n
