Three Power Networks (RED) from under the subordination of the Company „Union Fenosa” are concerned about the consequences of application of new methodologies of calculation of tariffs for electricity. <\/p>\n

According to DECA-press Agency, the new methodology was approved on August 10th by the National Electricity Regulatory Agency (NERA). <\/p>\n

All the three RED networks (RED Chisinau S.H.C., RED Centru S.H.C., RED Sud S.H.C.) consider that this methodology compromises the adequate script for maintaining the economical stability of the enterprises for distribution of electricity. <\/p>\n

\"\"The decision under consideration will affect not only the distribution enterprises, but the final consumer as well, the three RED networks assert in a press released diffused for the press. <\/p>\n

The situation created as a result of the application of the new methodology may reduce to zero the investment plans for the period 2008-2012, which will decrease from 1,4 billion lei to only 20 million lei, the networks warn. <\/p>\n

NERA elaborated a new methodology of calculation of tariffs, because the validity term of the old one has expired. This methodology is common for all energetic operators form Moldova.
