The opening bid ranges between 733,000 and 2.1 million lei. The state hopes to harvest after the auction at least 47 million lei. If some land plots will not be sold after the first auction, there will be organized additional contests. <\/p>\n<p>All the applicants are to submit a set of documents, as well as a participation fee of 200 lei and an account of 10,000 lei. <\/p>\n<p>The project, Wine City, sees the construction of a more buildings with trade centres, tasting halls, restaurants, pubs, casino bars, which will be surrounded by a stone wall.
