Moldova.ORG — A museum of nuts will be created for the first time in the Republic of Moldova. According to the President of the Nuts Production Association of Moldova, Alexandru Jucovskii, the Museum will be opened in the Soroca city, where the biggest nuts farm in the country is held. <\/p>\n

Alexandru Jucovskii declared for the “Belta” Belarus press agency that the museum will hold the information on the history, on the procession and growing nuts technologies and on recipes containing nuts.<\/p>\n

Also, a degustation of the nuts products is being planned. <\/p>\n

\"\"“The farmers’ interest for nuts production grew considerably in Moldova. Recently, we received about one thousand proposals to create nuts plantations, which ensures a good perspective for this business,” Jucovskii said. <\/p>\n

The cost for the plantation and procession of one hectare of nuts after its first crop estimates $1.65-1.87 thousand for a 5-year period. The costs expect to be redeemed in a year. <\/p>\n
