Chairman of the recently instituted Moldovan-Russian Stock Corporation "Moldova-gaz" Mihail Lesnic is currently negotiating in Moscow with the representatives of the RSC "Gazprom", INTERLIC News agency reports. <\/p>\n

According to data, obtained from knowledgeable sources, the confabulators are examining the opportunity to sign the agreement on the restructuring of the debt of our republic for the consumed Russian gas by means of issuing RM securities at $120 million and their transfer to the RSC "Gazprom". <\/p>\n

As it was reported earlier, the agreement must be signed as soon as the largest natural monopoly receives a general license of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the circulation of the RM state foreign currency-nominated securities on the territory of Russia. <\/p>\n

Besides the conferees are examining current issues related to the registration of the movable and immovable property, included into the statutory capital of the open type Stock Corporation "Moldova-gaz" and to converting stocks of physical and juridical persons – stockholders of the stock corporations of the RM gas sector into the stocks of the joint Moldovan-Russian SC and proposals on structure, staff and schedule of expenses for the executive apparatus of the society, INTERLIC News agency reports. \/\/ INTERLIC<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
