The international financial organizations appreciate positively Moldova’s efforts in the implementation of reforms in the judicial system, Advisor to the director of the Europe II Department from the IMF Washington headquarters, Richard Haas has said at the meeting with First Vice-Premier Nicolae Andronic, INTERLIC News agency reports. <\/p>\n

In this context Nicolae Andronic has stated that four out of seven Codes aimed at speeding up the solution of numerous legislative problems had already been committed to the Parliament. The realization of the territorial-administrative reform, measures for combating any violations of the Law are among the priority issues. <\/p>\n

They also examined issues related to the implementation of the agrarian reform, application of the Land Code, Law on Bankruptcy, training and re-training of the personnel in the sphere of the notarial activity and so on in the course of their dialogue. <\/p>\n

They have also discussed the problem of the financing of devising the Codes to be placed for consideration and approval of the Parliament. <\/p>\n
