Today, on April 29 the ad hoc parliamentary commission, headed by Vice-speaker Iurie Rosca has placed the report on the “Banca de Economii” for consideration of the parliamentarians, INTERLIC News agency reports. <\/p>\n

The document gives the cases of the alleged serious violations by the former administration of this financial institution. As the commission considers, certain government members and representatives of the National Bank, former Ministry for Privatization and State Property Administration has participated in these violations. The commission insists on transferring the “Banca de Economii” to the state ownership again. <\/p>\n

The commission has also presented another document related to the financial-economic activity of the SC “Tutun” and the Chisinau Tobacco Factory. It has arrived at the conclusion that there are serious violations of the Law on the part of the former Chief of the Department for Privatization and State Property Administration, incumbent Minister of State, Vladimir Filat; incumbent chief of the above department Alexandru Oleinic and on the part of a number of other high-ranking officials.
