The rating and estimation agency Estimator-VM will calculate the daily exchange indicator EVM Composite for the first time in Moldova starting May 3. <\/p>\n

"This tool of the capital market will be calculated every day for the first time in Moldova," the company has said. <\/p>\n

Similar to other international exchange indicators (Dow Jones, S&P 500, NASDAQ, Shanghai Composite, Jakarta Composite, Seoul Composite, etc.), EVM Composite in Moldova will be an aggregate exchange indicator calculated every day to reflect the general evolution of the exchange market in country, becoming a decisive factor in the analysis of evolution of market by investors. <\/p>\n

EVM Composite will be calculated on basis of information on transaction prices of securities at the interactive sale-purchase section of the Stock Exchange of Moldova (BVM). The indicator is aimed to monitor the evolution of prices on exchange market in Moldova in general and to analyse the situation on the capital market at a certain moment. <\/p>\n

The value of EVM Composite will be rated in points, it will be rounded to four figures after comma. The indicator in the basic period (January 1, 2006) is equal with 1,000 points. <\/p>\n

At present, the exchange indicator CNVM-32is calculated in Moldova every week. CNVM-32 is a percentage value calculated in the last workday of the week, starting 2000, as an arithmetical average of price of a security issued by 32 joint stock societies included in the portfolio of exchange indicator, selected on basis of liquidity and representation of the national economy. CNVM-32 is calculated by the National Commission for Securities. <\/p>\n
