Trade in food products and retail selling in kiosks under patent will be banned as of 1 January 2008. <\/p>\n<p>Minister of Economy and Commerce Valeriu Lazar said that these measures aim at legalizing unorganized trade and at eliminating disloyal competition and tax evasion. The minister said the Government will propose an alternative to entrepreneur&rsquo;s patent.
