Its organizers are the International Telecommunications Union (ITU), the Moldovan Ministry of Informational Development, and the National Telecommunications and Informatics Regulatory Agency (NARSI). <\/p>\n<p>ITU Regional Representative Valery Timofeyev said at the forum opening the participating countries are looking for solutions to main problems of regulation in the telecommunications sphere to create competitive and dynamic markets for informational and communication know-how. <\/p>\n<p>The seminar program includes reports to be made by foreign and NARSI experts, panels and roundtables of ITU and World Bank experts, etc. <\/p>\n<p>This is the first ITU forum ever held in Moldova. The International Telecommunications Union is a specialized United Nations&#8217; structure promoting the policy of telecommunications development and standardization.
