\"\"The nominative compensations given to natural gas consumers on low incomes will be raised by 37.5%. The decision was taken by the Council of Ministers on Wednesday. The compensations will be allocated from February 1 in a move to diminish the negative impact of the rise in the price of gas on household consumers. <\/p>\n

Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce Sergiu Sainciuc told that over 121,400 people will benefit from increased nominative compensations for using boilers and stoves. Some 7.4 million lei will be additionally allocated to cover these expenses. The compensations will be given monthly, five months a year, during the heating season. <\/p>\n

The compensations for gas or central heating are set resulting from the cost of heat for 30 square meters. Invalids with first and second disability degree, first and second degree invalids from childhood, participants in the Second World War, in the Afghan war and in the armed conflict on the Dniester will receive compensations equal to 50% of the set norms. <\/p>\n

Nominative compensations equal to 25% of the set norms will be given to people unable to work, third degree invalids from childhood, solitary pensioners, volunteers and employees of the internal affairs bodies and of the penitentiary system etc. \/\/ Reporter.MD<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
