The 51.4% parcel in the Dubossary town milk factory, belonging to the Dubossary raion administration, will be put up for sale at the Tiraspol Stock Exchange. After several unhappy attempts to sell the enterprise, the local authorities are now offering it for a symbolic price of one US dollar. <\/p>\n

The factory’s balance cost is estimated at 2.5 million Transnistrian rubles (about $300 thousand). However, nobody wished to buy it even for a million rubles last April. The reason is simple: the buyer is supposed to wipe off the factory’s huge debts totaling 758 thousand rubles, not to mention the need to invest dozens of thousand dollars to make the enterprise efficient. <\/p>\n
