\"\"The residents of eight villages from the left bank of the Dniester that are under Chisinau jurisdiction will benefit from tax exemptions for their activities in the field of agriculture, trade and production performed in the region. A preferential tax regime zone was created in the administrative perimeter of the eight villages. <\/p>\n

The Parliament adopted in first reading a law that stipulates the creation of an additional zone for supporting entrepreneurial activity within the administrative boundaries of Cocieri, Vasilievca, Corjova, Mahala, Cosnita, Pohrebea, Molovata Noua and Roghi villages. The residents of these settlements, both individuals and legal persons, will be fully exempted from paying the tax on the income obtained from the goods sold or services performed in the region during five fiscal periods, will be reimbursed the payment made for registering their businesses and the tax for getting licenses for all types of activity subjected to licensing. <\/p>\n

Plus to this, some stipulations of the Fiscal Code will not extend on the residents of this region, while the duties for customs clearance of the goods and services from the region will be halved. <\/p>\n

The owners of lands on the Rabnita-Tiraspol route will benefit from integral nominative compensations for the land tax, for social insurance contributions and for obligatory health insurance premiums, unemployment benefits or allocations for professional integration or reintegration if the access to their lands is limited. The compensations will be paid from a special transfer from the state budget. <\/p>\n
