\"\"In 2005 the National Agency for Energy Regulation (ANRE) granted 19 licenses for all types of activity on the oil market and 94 authenticated licenses for activity on the same market in accordance with the previously issued licenses. <\/p>\n

According to the press service of ANRE, 198 license holders, including 19 holders of licenses for the import and wholesale of gasoline and diesel oil, 102 – for the retail of gasoline and diesel oil at certified filling stations, 13 – for the import and wholesale of liquefied gas, 64 – for the retail of liquefied gas at certified filling stations were operating on this market on January 1, 2006. <\/p>\n

In 2005 the Agency issued five licenses for types of activity on the electric power market and three – for activity on the natural gas market. At economic agents’ request, the Agency has withdrawn 30 licenses. Eleven licenses have been suspended for not respecting the conditions of the license. Six of them were put in operation again after the traced violations had been removed. <\/p>\n

According to the data presented by ANRE, 30 license holders were operating on the electric power market and 32 on the natural gas market on January 1, 2005. <\/p>\n

New taxes for licenses on the oil market were set as from January 1, 2006, through the law on amendments to certain legislative acts. Thus, the license for the import and wholesale of gasoline and diesel oil, for the import and wholesale of liquefied gas costs 200,000 lei, for the retail of gasoline and diesel oil at certified filling stations, for each station located in municipalities, district centers, towns costs 20,000 lei, for each station located in villages – 10,000 lei, for the retail of liquefied gas at certified filling stations, for each station – 10,000 lei. \/\/ Reporter.MD<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
