The principles and mechanism regulating the entrepreneurial activity will be determined by a special law passed by the Government as legislative initiative on Wednesday. <\/p>\n<p>Minister of Economy and Commerce, Valeriu Lazar, told that the respective bill is a continuation of the state regulatory reform for the entrepreneurial activity. The document includes new approaches to regulating the entrepreneurial activity and the relations between the authorities and businessmen. <\/p>\n<p>The bill bases on the concept that only the Parliament and the Government can establish regulations for entrepreneurs. The administrative bodies must implement the laws and government decisions and not formulate new regulations, Lazar said. <\/p>\n<p>If the administrative bodies need new regulations, they will draw up bills and acts and will present them to the Government following the rules. All the regulatory acts will be included in the State Register of Official Acts after being published in The Official Monitor. The register will be kept at the Ministry of Justice. It can be accessed through the Internet free of charge. <\/p>\n<p>Lazar specified that the bill provides a concept according to which nobody can be controlled except the cases when there are proves confirming the committing of offences or administrative contraventions. <\/p>\n<p>The control bodies&rsquo; representatives will perform the control as part of control delegations and on the basis of the job permit.
