“Auto Expert” magazine and Auto Press Association organize this year the national contest “Automobile 2005 in Moldova”. The 206 automobiles that appeared on the country’s market in 2005 will participate in it. <\/p>\n

Andrei Tabuica, head of the mentioned association, told Wednesday a press conference that the prize winners will be nominated by a competent jury, with the direct participation of the public. The prizes will be awarded in 14 classes of automobiles, according to the European classification. The main title of “Automobile 2005 in Moldova” will be conferred on the most interesting automobile newly appeared on the market. <\/p>\n

“The jury’s members will be the most important journalists from Moldova’s auto press who will give points after examining each make. The assessment criteria will include the design, the manufacture quality, the security, the price-quality relation etc”, Tabuica mentioned. <\/p>\n

According to him, ten automobiles that will qualify for the final of this competition will be tested within 24 hours by all the members of the jury. To compete for the main title there will be admitted all the completely new makes, according to the eligible cars’ list of the “Automobile 2005 in Europe” contest. <\/p>\n

The public will be able to assess the automobiles that will bear the main title in each class, voting by means of mobile telephones (SMS voting) and on the site. <\/p>\n
