The respective decision was taken by the Council of Ministers during a meeting held in Cimislia district on Wednesday. <\/p>\n

Under the decision, a prize of 120,000 lei and a first class diploma of honor will be awarded for the first place, 100,000 lei and a second class diploma of honor– for the second place, and 80,000 lei and a third class diploma of honor– for the third place. <\/p>\n

The people willing to take part in the contest must submit applications to the commission empowered to select the applicants. This commission will travel to the place to check the accuracy of the presented information about the ending of the ploughing. <\/p>\n

Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry Anatalie Gorodenco specified that the respective prizes had been instituted with the aim of encouraging the heads of local public administration and the agriculture specialists that will plough maximal areas. These prizes are awarded the third consecutive year. <\/p>\n

The Government designated the winners of the contest for the operative harvesting of cereal and vegetable crops, also on Wednesday. <\/p>\n
