The Moldovan economic agents will have the possibility to demonstrate autochthonous products’ conformity to the national and international standards by being certified by the Romanian Quality Ensurance Company (SRAC). <\/p>\n

Minister of Economy and Commerce Valeriu Lazar, who participated on Monday in the ceremony of handing the accreditation certificate to the first quality assessment body from abroad, the Romanian Quality Ensurance Company, mentioned that this is a very important event for the autochthonous economic agents because the certificates issued by this company are recognized not only in Romania but in the whole world. “This certificate will enable the economic agents of Moldova to reduce the costs for products’ certification, to diminish the risks, to increase clients’ trust etc,” Lazar told. <\/p>\n

The accreditation was made by the Center of Accreditation in Products’ Conformity Assessment which is Moldova’s national accreditation body. <\/p>\n

The Romanian Quality Ensurance Company forms part of the International Certification Network, a leader on the international certification market. <\/p>\n

Romania’s Ambassador to Chisinau Filip Teodorescu, the chairman of SRAC Dan Stoichitoiu, the director general of the National Standardization and Metrology Institute of Moldova Alexandru Tarlajanu, as well as numerous economic agents attended the event. <\/p>\n
