\"\"As many as 42 people benefited up to now by preferential credits for purchasing apartments as part of the respective government program that was initiated in 2004. Other about 400 applications coming from the population are being examined at present by specialized district commissions. <\/p>\n

The results of implementing the Government Decision regarding the granting of preferential credits to certain categories of people were presented at a working meeting convened by Prime Minister Vasile Tarlev. <\/p>\n

The Premier stressed the necessity of implementing efficiently the system of preferential credits. In this respect, Vasile Tarlev ordered the perfection of the legislative–normative basis to be hastened. <\/p>\n

According to the Government Decision from October 2004, the persons that participated in liquidating the consequences of Chernobyl accident, the participants in the armed conflict on the Dniester and in the war in Afghanistan, the veterans of the Second World War and the refugees can benefit by preferential credits to buy or repair the apartments. <\/p>\n

The state offers partial or integral guarantees on the respective credits. Also, the interest rate on the mentioned credits will be paid from the state budget.\/\/REPORTER.MD<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
