Chisinau Municipal Mortgage Agency (AMIC) will put in commission till the end of the current year four dwelling blocks with almost 300 flats. Other two blocks with almost 130 flats will be put in commission by the National Agency for Dwellings. <\/p>\n

\"\"Asked by REPORTER.MD the head of AMIC marketing division, Nicolae Rusu mentioned that the new flats are already distributed, the buildings being situated in Telecentru and Buiucani sectors of the municipality. The price of a square meter is between 320 and 350 Euro. <\/p>\n

According to the cited source, the buyers put on bank account 50% from the flat’s cost, and for the rest of the sum the bank offers a credit for a period of ten years. The method of paying off in instalments for the flat is advantageous, so that 10-15 persons appeal to the services of agency daily, Rusu asserts. <\/p>\n

The mortgage credits are offered by the Commercial Bank “Moldova Agroindbank” SA. <\/p>\n

As a result of an analysis carried out earlier by AMIC, the majority of buyers prefer apartments with two rooms in the center of the capital. Till the end of the current year, other four blocks of flats will start to be built in Telecentru, Buiucani and Rascani sectors of the capital. But they were already distributed to the buyers, mentioned Rusu. <\/p>\n

The price of flats constructed by the National Agency for Dwelling is smaller, between 270 and 300 USD for one square meter, but their price is paid integrally while the block is constructing, construction lasting for 18 months, mentioned for REPORTER.MD general director of the Agency Lev Manzatu. Till the end of the year, National Agency for Dwellings is going to build other four blocks in Chisinau municipality, one thousand of requests being submitted for this. <\/p>\n

According to the official data, in the first three months of the current year, economic agents, majority being from non-state sector, have built 634 flats with the total surface of 78 Th. square meters or by 1% more than in the same period of the last year. 70% of the dwellings put in commission are in Chisinau. <\/p>\n

Experts assert that majority of new apartments are sold in the period when they are still constructed. <\/p>\n

According to the realty agencies, in May there were registered the following average prices for flats in the capital: for those with one room – 21.8 Th. USD, those with two rooms – 31.8 Th. USD, and for those with 3 and 4 rooms – 37.3 Th. USD and respectively 46.3 Th. USD. <\/p>\n
