Joint Stock Company of closed type Agroprombank, one of the main share holders of which is SRL Sherif, have bought the state�s packet of shares of SA Tirotex. This week, the Tiraspol ministry of economy will conclude with Agroprombank the sale-purchasing contract, then during three days, the buyer will transfer the sum of 22mln 920 Th. USD, Olvia-press informs. <\/p>\n

Potential investors were many but the main condition to transfer beforehand 500 Th. USD was fulfilled only by Agroprombank. <\/p>\n

The new owner obliged to invest 43.6mln USD in the reconstruction Tirotex, to keep the profile of the enterprise, the existing workplaces and to increase the annual volume of selling up to 90.18mln USD, by 2010. <\/p>\n

According to the so-called minister of economy of Transnistria, Elena Cernenco, Tirotex has all the documents for performing import-export operations that are necessary in Europe. It is difficult to settle such issues in a non-recognized state and we are satisfied with the fact that we will do this thing together with the new owner. The efforts of the investor will be necessary also to enlarge the sale markets in Europe, thing aspired now by Asiatic states, also said Cernenco. <\/p>\n

It should be mentioned that earlier, Tiraspol calculated for 2005-2006 the sum of one billion 374 million Transnistrian rubles resulted from the privatization of industrial objects. <\/p>\n
