\"\"National Agency for Energy Regulation (ANRE) has finished the elaboration of Rules for market of gases, normative document that establishes the principles of settling the relations between participants in the Moldovan market of natural gases. <\/p>\n

According to the ANRE press service, the project was elaborated to ensure stable, efficient functioning of system and market of natural gases, free and nondiscriminatory access of license holders and consumers to the network of transport and distribution of natural gases, stimulation for the loyal competition on this market. <\/p>\n

According to the project, the book-keeping and calculation of the volume of monthly delivered natural gases by the supplier to the distribution units or eligible consumers is done on the basis of minutes of reading the data of existing systems of measuring. <\/p>\n

The project envisages that operator of the system, at the written request of the distribution unit, will disconnect within 5 days from the gas networks the consumers that do not pay for the gas. SA “Moldova – gaz” is the operator of system, and juridical persons who hold licenses for distributing and delivering natural gases at regulated tariffs are the distribution units. 26 license holders for this type of activity are registered now, inclusively 12 distribution enterprises of SA “Moldova – gaz”. <\/p>\n

The document was sent for consultation to enterprises that unfold their activity in this field, to the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure, National Confederation of Patronage, association of consumers’ protection.
