The Government has taken a decision on setting up the complex «The Wine Town». It is planned to complete the Project on the construction of the complex, which is patronized by the RM President Vladimir Voronin, by autumn 2006. <\/p>\n

Reportedly, the Wine Town will be placed on the territory, adjacent to the National Institute of Viticulture and Winemaking and it will become not only a recreation zone, but also a business center. <\/p>\n

The area of the complex will exceed 8 hectares, where it is planned to place permanent exhibitions of the winemaking companies, wine tasting halls, national cuisine restaurants, the Museum of Winemaking. <\/p>\n

It is expected that all the actions, connected with wine, including the Wine Festival and the «ExpoVinMoldova» exhibition, will take place there. <\/p>\n

Casinos and attractions will also be opened. The concentration of the offices of the winemaking Companies in a single business center will create favorable conditions for contacts between the Moldovan producers and the foreign wine importers, which would like to import the Moldovan alcohol products. <\/p>\n

It is also possible to arrange high level Summits in this Wine Town. <\/p>\n
