According to Vice Minister of Economy Valerii Lazar, who has presented the Bill, it has several principal differences from the previous Law. Thus, the category of the property, which can be the object of leasing transactions: any movable and immovable property, which is the object of the purchase-sale. The physical persons are granted the right to use leasing transactions alongside with the juridical persons. <\/p>\n

The Bill also eases the procedure of the return of the property, delivered on the basis of a leasing transaction, but which property has not been paid in time: it is possible now to use an eased procedure to do it, envisaged by the Criminal Code (within five days).
