Rietumu Banka clerks had deposited cash in foreign banks and registered fictive accounts. They had also traded and registered companies in any off-shore zone, sustained operations with any currency through off-shore zones, and signed fake agreements in the name of those companies, the CCCEC said. <\/p>\n<p>A search in Rietumu Banka offices unearthed copies of fake passports on the names of foreign citizens and of fake registration certificates concerning at least 30 off-shore firms.
