Moldova-Agroindbank has become the first bank in Moldova which releases mortgage credits for maximum ten years. People willing to purchase apartments in residential blocks built by the Chisinau municipal mortgage agency are welcome to seek credits from Moldova-Agroindbank. The bank will use its own money for these credits, according to a communication. <\/p>\n

The ten-year credits are also part of a cooperation contract signed between Moldova-Agroindbank and the Chisinau municipal mortgage agency. If the buyer holds the 50 percent of sum needed to pay the first amount of the cost of apartment, Moldova-Agroindbank offers a credit which covers the other part of the cost. Thus, the buyer becomes owner of apartment immediately after the residence is available for living. <\/p>\n

Also, Moldova-Agroindbank offers the opportunity to raise the sum needed for the first share in an account opened for up to five years. Once 50 percent of the cost of apartment is raised, the bank can release a credit needed to cover the entire cost of the purchased residence. <\/p>\n

According to experts, the mortgage building of apartments could grow the next years, especially on account of remittances of Moldovans who work abroad. "The mortgage building has a big perspective, and the adoption of the package of documents needed for development of this sector will be speeded up," experts estimated.
