He noted that fiscal facilities and exemptions from importation duties cannot be regarded as investments. <\/p>\n<p>According to the deputy chairman of the National Federation of Farmers, Gheorge Barbarosie, &quot;figures are exaggerate.&quot; Only state-owned agricultural enterprises, not farmers, could benefit from state investments, Barbarosie estimated. <\/p>\n<p>According to the Ministry of Agriculture, the most of direct financing &#8211; 65 million lei &#8211; will be allocated for enlargement of vine fields, while another 48 million lei will be spent for creation of a fund for support of technological stations.
