In most cases, the father is working abroad, in 28.5% of cases the mother is abroad and 20% of interviewed children have both parents working abroad.<\/p>\n<p>The emotional state of children remained without parental care is unstable, and their education level is much lower than that of children raised with their parents, the study shows.
