 The Bessarabian writer Paul Goma will be nominalized for the Nobel Prize in Literature. The Writers Union Council decided to name the candidature of the writer and political dissident Paul Goma for the Nobel Prize in 2013.<\/p>\n

The Writers Union’s decision comes after the Swedish Academy asked for the first time to submit an application to this distinction. The request will be sent by the end of the month.<\/p>\n

Paul Goma<\/a> was born on October 2, 1935, in the village of Mana, Orhei. He is a well-known writer and Romanian anti-communist militant.
