According to the authors, Moldovans who studied abroad have more difficulties in employment, especially in terms of non-recognition of foreign diplomas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">The authors consider that the main problem is the lack of viable mechanisms of recognition of knowledge and experience of migrants. &quot;Therefore, it becomes difficult hiring skilled immigrants in Moldovan companies, especially in those with foreign capital, without a degree or certification. For these reasons, it is necessary to establish a mechanism for recognition of previous studies&quot;, the expert Viorica Antonov explained.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">&quot;Among the policies recommended in this study, it is to mention the establishment of a Republican Coordination Centre in charge of diplomas recognition, subordinated to the Ministry of Education, and also the enactment of the Education Code&quot;, Cornel Ciurea stressed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Based on European countries&rsquo; experience of and taking into account the specificities of the labor market, of the education system and the institutional development in the country, the authors came up with recommendations for the implementation of arrangements for recognition of formal and non-formal studies. &quot;The European Union insists on previous studies&rsquo; recognition and, for this reason, we started from examples of EU countries to see what we can implement for Moldova&quot;, Valeriu Frunzaru, an expert from Romania said.<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Experts say that it is most difficult for people who follow informal education.
