Fifteen military shells old since the Second World War have been discovered by the Moldovan policemen in the woods of Plop-Stiubei village after a child playing in the forest came home with one shell found there. The parents of the child immediately called the police. After an investigation, the officers found other 15 shells, Pro TV reports.<\/p>\n

According to the experts, the shells remained on the ground since the Second World War and contain half a kilogram of trotyl.<\/p>\n

A few days earlier an 8-year-old child discovered a similar shell in another village. Innocent, the boy played with it and brought it home to his parents. His family reported the discovery. According to the inhabitants of Leuntea village, almost 10 years ago, two brothers and their children died after some shells they discovered in the woods exploded.
