The Blue Cave is an enigmatic and unique destination. Located in Timis region, in Romania, it is appreciated for its blue color of stalagmites that prevale in the cave.<\/p>\n

The way to the cave can be traversed by foot, to maximize the antistress effect, between the trees, through a valley created by a little river.<\/p>\n

This walk must be done with a lot of vigilance, because the entrance in the cave is not marked and being so small, it can be easily overlooked. The access into the cave is through a narrow hole, but then the cave expands so that you could admire freely the unique color of the rocks.<\/p>\n

The Blue Cave is an enough wet place, so I advise you to bring with a suitable to this environment shoes. Another remark I would dare to do is that the cave is unenlightened, so if arriving here you want to delight your eyes with the underground beauty, you will need a strong flashlight.<\/p>\n

The blue color of the stalagmites is studied by the caver scientists, but it seems that not only by the scientists, but also by the tourists who visit the cave and don’t forget to take some samples to study them at home, so you might see everywhere in the cave riddled stalagmites and stalactites.<\/p>\n

The fauna of the cave is specific for such areas; here can be seen different species of bats. <\/p>\n

In the hope that tourist will be exemplar and intend to study stalagmites at home, I invite you to visit this cave and enjoy the beauties created by the nature.<\/p>\n
