Under the constitution, the current parliament has to be disbanded as it has failed to elect head of state twice.<\/p>\n<p>Some 29.4 per cent of the respondents said the constitution should be observed but noted that a dissolution of parliament was undesirable.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, 17 per cent of the respondents said it was necessary to dissolve parliament.
