The AIESEC Chi\u015fin\u0103u invites students to develop enterprise spirit and to open their own business enterprises in the frame of the ICO project”, Project Coordinator Elena Plescan told Infotag.<\/p>\n

In her words, the project is aimed at the development of the practical and theoretical business skills, training of future leaders, who will manifest their abilities for the opening of their own businesses and its successful management even under conditions of the world financial crisis.<\/p>\n

“Fifty young people, who have innovative ideas in business development will be selected in the frame of the project. They will be taught how to set up their own enterprises, they will be trained in legislative and financial spheres, how to investigate the market, to put forward ideas, to make strategic plans and to manage projects and teams of specialists”, Plescan said.<\/p>\n

She added that partners will give premiums for the best business ideas after the training and workshops are over.<\/p>\n

“ICO training courses will begin on May 11 and last for two and a half weeks. They will cover three components: concept, planning and implementation. At the final stage students will make acquaintance with financing possibilities and will participate in the business-plan contest. The winners will receive premiums, Plescan said.<\/p>\n
