The administration of the SA Carmez is suspected by the Prosecutor’s Office of Chisinau of power abuse.<\/p>\n

Anatolie Cî\u015flaru, the general director of the enterprise, is under 30-day preventive arrest, according to the General Prosecutor’s Office (PG). At the same time, Galina Florea, the head of the economic, financial and accountancy department, and Alla Bogdanova, the head of the production, import – export department, of the Meat Combinat, will be under home arrest for the same period of time.<\/p>\n

The court of Râ\u015fcani sector, Chisinau, has issued an arrest warrant on their names, to this effect.<\/p>\n

The three persons are convicted by the prosecutors for “having aimed at a mass concentration of the ordinary nominative shares issued by Carmez and at excluding any other solicitors from outside the enterprise to the share acqusition, as well as at mimimizing their chances of competing for the right to manage, they have elaborated a criminal plan to obtain the control package issued by the enterprise”.<\/p>\n

They are blamed for the fact that through these actions, they brought moral and material damages to the stockholders of the enterprise in extremely large proportions, according to PG.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
