The electric power consumed by elevators and to light common places in apartment buildings will be billed in two ways, according to regulations approved by the Government on Wednesday. <\/p>\n

Under the document, the housing sector administrators that will sign contracts with the power supplier will invoice the electric power consumed by elevators and used to light the common places according to the number of dwellers. The total sum will be divided into equal parts between the dwellers. The children younger than 3 and the dwellers from the first and second floors will make an exception.
