The Mayor General of Chisinau Dorin Chirtoaca says that the locks of the four offices of the City Hall have been changed on the instructions of the president of the Chisinau Municipal Council (CMC) Eduard Musuc. <\/p>\n

On Tuesday morning, unidentified persons changed the locks of four offices of the City Hall. A police post was set up to guard them. <\/p>\n

Dorin Chirtoaca told the reporters that the Communists and the CMC president Eduard Musuc ordered that the locks be changed. <\/p>\n

Chirtoaca’s statement was confirmed by the State Guard Service representative Sergiu Plesca. He told REPORTER.MD that the police post was set up on the instructions of Eduard Musuc under a contract signed with the CMC apparatus. <\/p>\n

On September 23, the Chisinau Municipal Council decided to allocate four offices (44 – 48) to the CMC apparatus. The offices belonged to the deputy mayor Mihai Furtuna and advisers to the mayor general. Dorin Chirtoaca refused to offer the offices, saying the building belongs to the City Hall and the only person that can allocate offices is the mayor general.
