The City Hall owes 197 million lei to the heat supplier. <\/p>\n<p>At Monday&rsquo;s meeting of the City Hall, the head of the Legal Assistance Division Diana Gurschi said that the Chisinau administration&rsquo;s debt to Termocom makes up 15% of consumers&rsquo; debts to the heat supplier that total over 1 billion lei. <\/p>\n<p>According to Gurschi, after Termocom refused to work out a timetable to reschedule the payment of the debt, the City Hall put forward a new proposal. Chisinau Mayor Dorin Chirtoaca asked Termocom to draw up a list of the individuals and legal entities that have debts to the heat supplier. The list will be examined and there will be identified the persons that cannot settle their debts.
