He stressed that besides modifying the legislation, the mentality of the persons working in the legal system should be also changed. <\/p>\n<p>As regards the large number of cases lost by Moldova at the ECHR, Parlog said that when Moldova joined the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, it was not ready to observe this international instrument. <\/p>\n<p>&rdquo;A number of legislative changes have been introduced since then, but the authorities should prove responsibility and prudence.
