The Organization for Developing Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises of the Ministry of Economy and Trade on June 2 launched a hotline for providing consultancy to the people that want to take part in the national youth support program. The hotline is 22-57-99. <\/p>\n

According to the Ministry, the national youth support program for 2008-2010 aims at promoting and facilitating the involvement of the Moldovan youth in entrepreneurial activities. <\/p>\n

The program will be implemented in rural areas and will support the people aged between 18 and 30 that want to start their own business in villages or develop the existing businesses, on condition that they create new workplaces. <\/p>\n

Under the program, the young people will benefit from preferential credits worth up to 300,000 lei, repayable in 5 years. 60% of the credit and the interest will be repaid by the beneficiaries. If the basic sum of the credit is repaid in due time, the other 40% will be transformed into non-reimbursable grant without calculating the interest. <\/p>\n

Priority will be given to the projects that will contribute to the expansion of exports and substitution of imports and that will develop production activities in rural areas. <\/p>\n

The projects concerning the growing and selling of tobacco, production of pesticides, purchase of real estate and securities and refinancing of debts will not be accepted \/\/ Reporter.MD<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
