The Supreme Court (SC) has scheduled the examination of the two demands in the case of the former minister of defence, former director of the Information and Security Service, Valeriu Pasat, for the next Tuesday, DECA-press transmits. <\/p>\n

Valeriu Pasat was sentenced to 15 years’ imprisonment – 1o years for violations in the process of commercialization of airplanes MIG 21 and 5 years – for violations in the process of commercialization of supplies for the missiles Uragan. After havng stayed in prison for a year and a half, Valeriu Pasat was acquitted in the first case. In the second accusation, he was amnestied. <\/p>\n

The prosecutor doesn’t agree with the fact he was acquitted in the cse of aiplanes MIG. Thus, he asks for cancelling the decision of the law court.
