The civil servants will have the possibility to continue being party members. This is due to the fact that the Code of Manners of the civil servants adopted on Friday by the Parliament in final reading permits it, DECA-press Agency informs.
\nThe Code prohibits the civil sevants to conduct according to the interests of the party in their daily activity.
\nAt the same time, the document prohibits the civil servant to receive gifts and services for doing their service, influence someone in their own interest.
\nThe code obliges the civil servant to do his service „with much responsibility, competence, efficiency, accuracy”.
\nIn the second reading, one of the most controversed items of the code has remained unchanged – the prohibition imposed to civil servants to give declarations for the press.
