The fact that the citizens of Balti do not speak the Romanian language and lack working experience constitutes the main impediments in finding a job, DECA-press Agency communicates.
\nAccording to the adjunct-director of the Agency of Employment (AE), Raisa Prodan, persons with higher education diplomas usually have this kind of problem. For example, economic agents which want to hire accountants, in nearly 80% of the cases, they require from the person to have at least three years of working experience as well as to speak both Romanian and Russian language.
\nExcept the specialty of accountant, the AE records usually records vacant places for engineers and experts in construction.
