The government asks the authorities of the public administration to draw up plans for the institutional development in order to increase the transparency of the institutions, DECA-press Agency informs.
\nThe deputy chief of the Government Apparatus, Oleg Rotaru, affirms that these plans will be drawn up during this year. He specified that the respective drafts will clearly point out which are the objectives, the tasks of the ministry, the needed resources and the results obtained in three years.
\nThe drafts of institutional development will cover the years 2009-2011. They are a part of the strategic draft system of the government which aims at reforming the central public authorities.
