Despite the fact all the Departments of Balti Mayoralty are placed in the same building, the Balti civil servants communicate by means of letters, DECA-press Agency informs.
\nThis fact makes the head of Balti administration very angry, who has seriously criticized on Wednesday such a means of communication. According to mayor Vasili Panciuk, this way of communication delays the resolution of current issues.
\n„I won’t admit that you solve the problems by sendinf letters to each other. Since you are in the same building, you can meet in offices and analyze the problems together. By sending letters each other, we delay the problems which must be solved as soon as possible”, Vasili Panciuk said in time of an operative sitting of Balti Mayoralty.
\nThe mayor was dissatisfied with the practice of civil servants who send the petitions to other servants, motivating they do not refer to their responsibilities.
