Five agro-pensions in the form of ancestral houses will open in Milestii Mici. They will be based on five ancestral houses, selected within the project „Rural tourism in the village of Milestii Mici”, DECA-press communicates.
\nThe project is financed by the German Agency InWent and it is implemented by the international company Spelleken Associates. This locality was chosen due to the neighbourhood with the Wine Factory „Milestii Mici”, which has become very well-known after it had been included in the Guinness Record Book.
\nThe president of the company Spelleken Associates, Hans-Gerd Spelleken, asserts that, at present, the schemata of the houses are elaborated, and in sprin, the construction work will start. The houses will have a 3-4 star confort.
\nAfter that, the members of the five families will make tours of study in Romania and Germany. They will also attend seminars in the agroturism field, marketing, accountancy, business plans, modern kitchen, etc.
\nThe budget of the project constitutes 130 thousand euros, including for the arrangement of pensions – 30 thousand euros. As a result of the implementation of the project, it is intended to raise the flow of tourists to Milestii Mici by 5%.
