The Ministry Vitalie Vrabie went to a visit to Balti garrison, where he saw the living and working conditions of the soldiers from the North of the republic, DECA-press communicates.
\nIn time of this visit, Vitalie Vrabie declared that one of the basic responsibilities of the National Army this year is the improvement of living and working conditions of term and contract soldiers, encouragement of the process of preparation for fight using new training forms, resolution of social problems of military staff.
